WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- If needed, renter may use the venue for up to 3 hours on the evening prior to the event for rehearsal and early set up, if the facility is not previously rented.
- Onsite ice machine
- Caterer’s staging area that includes ice machine, double-door cooler for foods, stainless steel prep area and a commercial sink
- Bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap)
- Large garbage cans with bags
- 72" round tables (seat 8 each)
- 6' banquet tables for food, gifts, hors d'ouvres, etc.
- 6 rustic barrels with tabletops for serving hors d'ouvres, etc.
- 125 white Lifetime chairs. If you'd like a different style or color of chair they can be rented from an outside vendor.
- 8'x8' artificial greenery wall for photos or at the sweetheart table
- Fully furnished and air conditioned bridal suite.
- Beautiful ceremony sites of your choice
- 2 Restrooms
- Outdoor cooking area with 2 large flat tops, gas oven, grill, smoker, etc.
- Separate bar areas (inside and out)
- Wooden arch at ceremony site
- White curtains line the exterior areas
- Some decorations available for your use
- Lots of room for dancing
- Corn Hole game for yard

GUIDELINES:
- Limited to 125 guests, including bridal party.
- MUST PURCHASE EVENT INSURANCE naming The South House as an additional insured. (We recommend www.wedsure.com or another agency of your choice).
- All personal items must be removed, trash bagged and all guests vacated by 10 p.m.
- Start decorating as early as 8 a.m. on the day of the ceremony
- No live bands. DJs only.
- Use of outside rental companies is permitted.
- Entire rental fee is due at least thirty days prior to event. No refunds or adjustments due to weather or natural disasters.
- Use of sparklers for a send off is permitted unless there is a ban on burning by local or state authorities.
- No artificial flower petals scattered on the ground unless they are completely removed by renter. Real flower petals are permitted.
- No confetti
- No tape on metal walls
- Must vacate by 10:00 p.m. Come as early as 8:00 a.m. to decorate and set up.
- You do the set up, decorating and clean up.
- Security Deposit NOT refunded if event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event.
